My Journey to Alessa Leigh

Hey there, wonderful reader! I'm Alessa, the face and heart behind Alessa Leigh. I'm thrilled to kick off this blog with a little story about myself, my journey, and how this all came to be.

That's me at 17, just when life decided to throw a curveball my way - a diagnosis of Crohn's Disease. It's been a companion in my life's journey for 23 years now, teaching me resilience, patience, and the art of finding silver linings.

Despite the challenges, I never let go of my dreams. I always knew I wanted to create something meaningful, something that would allow me to pour my passion into and make a difference, not just for my lovely family but for everyone who crossed paths with my creations. And so, Alessa Leigh was born - a melting pot of my love for design, art, and the joy of sharing knowledge.

You see, I'm a learner at heart, always curious, always exploring. My interests are as varied as the colors of a sunset. And what better way to share all these gems than through a blog?
